The hotel is situated in beautiful Nusa Dua, a bit far from the city center, allowing for a tranquil seaside retreat with lovely beach views. The rooms are luxuriously spacious but with overly soft pillows. The service is top-notch, with staff going above and beyond to cater to our needs. The dining experience, though slightly chaotic, offers a rich selection of dishes. Overall, a gorgeous location with a few minor room and dining inconveniences.
I had a wonderful stay at Ritz Carlton Hotel. The rooms were very spacious and nice, with a nice layout, clean and comfortable bed, and complete with two nice Japanese style automatic toilets. Although we found the pillows too soft, the overall experience was luxurious and top-notch. The service was friendly, but the food didn't meet our high expectations. The location in Nusa Dua was fantastic, with stunning surroundings and a pristine beach. The hotel offers great facilities, making it a fantastic choice for a luxurious getaway.
