I had a wonderful stay at Ritz Carlton Hotel. The rooms were very spacious and nice, with a nice layout, clean and comfortable bed, and complete with two nice Japanese style automatic toilets. Although we found the pillows too soft, the overall experience was luxurious and top-notch. The service was friendly, but the food didn't meet our high expectations. The location in Nusa Dua was fantastic, with stunning surroundings and a pristine beach. The hotel offers great facilities, making it a fantastic choice for a luxurious getaway.
